TINNITUS + POEM

TINNITUS -
NOISES IN THE EAR WHICH MAY TAKE
THE FORM OF BUZZING, CLICKING OR THUDDING.
 ( MEDICAL DICTIONARY)

IN  EAR CONSTANT BUZZ.
BUT WHAT IT DOES ?
MY MOUTH ARE CLOSE
SINCE I AM GETTING
SUCH A DOZE
OF UNWELCOME NOISE.
MAYBE WILL STAY FOR ANOTHER DAY,
MAYBE WILL PASS.  BUT WHAT  IT DOES?
IN SILENCE, I WANT TO BE.
LOOKS LIKE THAT NOT FOR ME.
STRANGE SOUNDS  FROM FAR AWAY.
MAYBE THEY GO AWAY- IN ANOTHER DAY.

I CLOSED MY EYES, THE NOISE IS MORE...
LIKE DOG IS LYING BY MY DOOR.

NOW, THE DOC. SHAKES HIS HEAD.
PLEASE, HELP ME! I AIN'T DEAD!
THE NOISE TRAPPED ME IN A CAGE,
ALL I FEEL IS - QUIET RAGE.

CONSTANT ASSAULT IS WITH ME,
THAT NOBODY ELSE - HEARS, OR SEE.
IT'S ONLY EARS, WELL... AND ME,
DO NOT ALLOW ME JUST TO BE.
NOISE IS COMING FROM EVERYPLACE!
TINNITUS IS THE CASE!
STEADY NOISE IN MY EAR,
SILENCE, NOW IS VERY  DEAR.

INTO WHITE CLOUD, I'LL ESCAPE...
MAYBE THE NOISE WILL GO AWAY.
